Derecho de desistimiento

Tu derecho de desistimiento de 14 días

Dispones de un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción de tu pedido para cancelar tu compra, sin necesidad de justificación y sin penalización, según establecen la Directiva (UE) 2023/2673 y la normativa de protección al consumidor aplicable en tu país.

Cómo ejercerlo

Rellena el formulario siguiente. Recibirás una confirmación automática por correo electrónico cuando registremos tu solicitud. La devolución se tramitará dentro del plazo legal aplicable a tu compra.

Situaciones en las que no se aplica el derecho de desistimiento

La Directiva 2011/83/UE de la UE recoge varias categorías de bienes y servicios excluidos del derecho de desistimiento de 14 días. Los apartados siguientes recogen los casos que se aplican a esta tienda:

Artículos personalizados

Los artículos fabricados según tus especificaciones o claramente personalizados, quedan excluidos del derecho de desistimiento — Art. 16, letras a), c), d), e) e i), de la Directiva 2011/83/UE.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
